Kings speech

The Kings speech is about King George VI overcoming his speech impediment and thus winning back his self confidence to lead England into war. I would the speaker to  share their story of overcoming obstacles perhaps from a time when you own speaking career began.

Right arm

Danny Boyle one of our most respected film directors directed a film based on a true story about a man trapped in a cave who had to saw off his own arm to survive. Can I ask the next speaker to come and talk about what they would give their right arm for and why?

Harry Potter

Harry Potter is one of our greatest literary and cinema success stories but it is not praised by all but condemned by some saying that it promotes occultism and offending Spiritual values, with some parents having reported their children requesting to be taught the black arts. Should young children be protected from such images when their mind are still so delicate?

Ricky Gervais

The golden globes host this year, Ricky Gervais a confident speaker, is well known for his edgy humour and has been very popular all over the world in particular hollywood. People have laughed when he has poked fun of Religion, Race and even the Disabled. But this year at the awards ceremony, Ricky offended Actors and caused quite a stir. Did he go too far? Can comedy ever go too far and whether it should ever be censored.
